If you start to “worry about the future” you will stop enjoying your life. So stop right now with the what if’s and what if nots. Just breathe, sit calmly and think about the now.
If you do want to use the future in a positive way create a vision board which is what I have done. Okay some may say it’s airy fairy or ‘away with the fairies’ or “dreaming of things you will never have”. I say if you use it in the right way, with affirmation’s and gratitude’s what you will have is something you can put in your bedroom and every morning over your early morning cup of something you can browse through and set yourself up for a positive day. What’s the worst that could happen? You might actually have a fabulous day.
