Are you up for a challenge?

Why not set yourself a challenge for the rest of March & April? This is a great way to keep you focused. I have created a workout schedule for myself. I have promised that every day in these next two months I will do a half an hour H.I.I.T. workout with James Knight, the PT I follow. I intend to smash it.
