The way I stay organised is simple. I have lists. I have two in fact. A business list, where I have put down everything I am working on or want to work on, alongside a pending list which tells me what I am waiting to hear back on. My other list is my personal list.

They both keep me on track, although on the surface, both look overwhelming.

I have a formula.

Each night I study each of the lists and I write in a smaller notepad what I know I can manage that day.

In other words, I break down my tasks into smaller manageable bite-sized pieces. It takes the pressure off and keeps me on track.

If I manage to complete everything on the smaller pad, then I can cross it off the big list. Most satisfying! And if I haven’t no pressure, there is always another day.
