Getting through tough times & coming out stronger.
There is so much ‘noise’ out there, we cannot think straight, can we? The media gives us a different story every day, every newsflash, every tweet, Facebook post, newspaper headline, they all differ and are full of fear, upset and sensation. And don’t even mention all the conspiracy theories. As an open-minded person, I question everything and trust that those who are in the ‘know’ will do right by the people. What choice do we have? But how much can your brain and your mental health honestly take? You need to ask yourself that question.
You need to find quiet and peace, inner peace so that you can find the positives to your lives. You need to shut out the noise. Because, in truth, there has never been a better time to evaluate what you want from your life right now and for the future, once ‘this’ situation goes back to normal, whatever normal will be for the future. I actually think things will be better, I certainly hope so.
It is time, my lovelies time to –
Reboot. Recharge. Re-set. Re-start.
There is never a better time to re-connect with your friends, and families, to volunteer, to set yourself goals and to smash them. To recognise what is real and what is false. To accept what is and to work your best around the situation. To live in nature and to live in the moment. I, myself, have been ‘meaning’ to get fitter. At 55 time is a-ticking, so I am now walking 4 miles a day, doing workouts every day via Zoom, working with a Nutritionist and two PT’s to get to where I want to be. When we come out of this I want to be fighting fit and raring to go.
As the weeks go on, I will share some more insights with you to show you how I am coping with this situation, and getting through such tough times given my mental health needs.
I am going to openly share how I work hard to keep my thoughts positive, to not lower my vibration and to ensure that I am the best I can so that I can help other people.
You see, I know how it feels to worry and stress and think the worst. But no more. Now is the time to feel the strength within you, to continue and to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
I have worked so hard to get where I am, I am not going back. Ever. So, if I can help others make it through this and to head to towards a new pathway in your life, then I’m here for you.
Sharing positivity is the key not negativity and finding gratitude in the life you have now is so important to help you weather the storm. If nothing else, smile at the people, we all need a smile right now.
Keep yourself well by protecting your immune system. Eat well, sleep well, meditate, exercise, read…. nurture yourself and your body and protect yourself from everyone’s fear. It is not always your fear, so make sure you protect yourself to stay safe.
So today, in May 2020, I send you my love, a huge virtual hug and say to you, from the bottom of my heart, that everything is going to be okay. It is all about getting through tough times and coming out stronger. This, too, will pass.
