I work with a lot of clients who are overwhelmed and struggle to plan, even not being able to see through the clutter and how they will ever turn their lives around. I never see the negative, I always know that I can help them.
One of the ways I work with the #lawofattraction daily, is to set my intentions for the day I am about to have.
I focus on every aspect of my day from, I am going to feel wide awake, to the traffic is going to flow, to the weather being grand (whatever the weather is) and even the way I am going to interact with my clients and anyone I meet out and about. I find that setting positive intentions literally creates the day you want to have. It’s like magic once you get the hang of it.
I am not sure about you, but I have had times in my life where I have literally said to myself “Oh dear, it’s going to be one of those days/weeks/months” and sure enough the day is as negative as the thoughts I have had. I truly believe that you can create your own reality, so it is important to think positively even if you don’t feel much like it.
Of course, we can never be ‘happy’ every day and there is from time to time, going to be something that causes us stress or upset, but by setting positive intentions, you are giving yourself half a chance, and that’s better than no chance don’t you think?
