All Journeys Begin With One Step Forwards

The first step on your path to a calm, decluttered life is a 30 minute completely free consultation with me so that we can get to know each other. Decluttering can be an emotional process, so it is essential that we feel comfortable working together.

During this initial chat we will discuss your aims and I will outline what I can do for you. It is best if this chat is conducted face to face at your home (or the space you wish to declutter).

By the end of the consultation, I will be able to provide you with a bespoke plan and costs for our work together.

My Fees

I understand that it is helpful to have an idea of what my services may cost, so although each client and plan is unique, I am able to share with you that, in general, the cost of my decluttering solution is around £350.

This is a package of one hourly visit per week for 11 weeks. There are no additional charges for travel (within BCP) or materials such as big bags and labels. All preparation, admin and follow up costs are included.

This cost can be paid in two instalments, 50% as a deposit paid before our first session and 50% at the halfway point.

Admin

If you are happy to proceed, we will set goals and objectives and sign Terms and Conditions. This will ensure that we both know what to expect and are committed to the decluttering journey we will take together. Once signed and returned I will provide you with some supporting materials ahead of our first official session.

Getting Started

The Terms and Conditions will set out the dates and times of our sessions together. At each session we will work together systematically, and I will coach you through the process, helping you let go as well as showing you ways to manage clutter in the future.

Homework

Yes, sorry, but the process does require some work from you between sessions. The admin and support between sessions is also included in your bespoke plan cost. You can message me on WhatsApp for advice and support during our work together.

My mission is to coach you through the process of decluttering, helping you make the right decisions about what can stay and what can go. I will then leave you in a position to manage your clutter yourself by sharing with you some simple decluttering life skills.

Follow Up

Although my goal is to leave you in a position to manage your clutter by yourself many of my clients do need follow up support from time to time or even want to book regular power hours to ensure they stay on track. My follow up price is £20 per hour, which you can book ad-hoc or we can pop in the diary a monthly session.

Discounts

I work hard and fast. My rates are a reflection of the vast experience I have gained over numerous years and the support I give to you as your decluttering coach, therefore I do not offer discounts on my standard rates.

However discounted packages are available for people on any kind of government assistance programme/disability benefit. I want to help all people, whatever their circumstances and am happy to work around budgets, even in terms of spreading out payments. It's all about getting it just right for both of us.

Cancellation Fees

If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a charge of £75.00 will be made to cover loss of earnings.
