Before you switch off the light, set the intention that your dreams are going to be wonderful and restful. They are, after all, your dreams, and they should be under your control, not under the spell anxiety and worry. Make yourself a creamy drink before bed and if it’s cold pop in a hot-water bottle and lavender under your pillow. Switch off the phone at least an hour before bedtime and don’t have it anywhere near your room. Sweet ‘uncluttered’ dreams.
