How can I get what I want in life?

One of the best tips I ever learned, which I pass onto you, is to set your intention for each and every day of your life.  Sounds simple right? Well yes it actually is.


You simply

  1. Envisage the kind of day you would like
  2. You promise that you will learn from any ‘issues’ that come up during the day – what was your learning and how could you have done better?
  3. You focus on the kind of day you want and assume it’s already in the bag
  4. And if you have had a bad day the previous day, simply say to yourself, it’s one day, tomorrow will be so much better!
