One of the best tips I ever learned, which I pass onto you, is to set your intention for each and every day of your life. Sounds simple right? Well yes it actually is.
- Envisage the kind of day you would like
- You promise that you will learn from any ‘issues’ that come up during the day – what was your learning and how could you have done better?
- You focus on the kind of day you want and assume it’s already in the bag
- And if you have had a bad day the previous day, simply say to yourself, it’s one day, tomorrow will be so much better!
