Meditation is underrated. It is, without doubt, one of the best ways to calm the mind. Meditation can be done whilst you are in the shower, whilst you are walking the dog, or even whilst you are eating your breakfast. Meditation is about clearing your mind, clearing your mind of all thoughts….that does not mean you won’t think thoughts but when you think them, you let them go to drift away. By clearing your mind, you will be able to see the path forward more clearly and meditation will help you declutter more easily.
