Not able to sleep properly

One of the best ways to sleep more peacefully is to actually visualize yourself sleeping well. Lay your head on your pillow, close your eyes and say quietly to yourself “thank you for the great night’s sleep I am now going to have”. You are turning the negative thought of “I cannot sleep” to the positive of “I am going to sleep well tonight”. It’s worth a try right?
